Title: Not a Typical Hand
Course: Drawing and Painting
Artist: Megan Taggart
Teacher: Mr. Saylers
Subject Matter: Textured Hand Project
Medium: Markers and Pen
Project Goal: To create an exotic looking hand with many different shades and textures.
Personal Review/Evaluation and Critique: This project used shape, value, color, pattern, and emphasis. I think I could have made my middle finger a lot better than I actually did it. I ran out of good ideas so maybe if I had more time I could have thought of something better.
Elements of Art - Shape, value, and color was used in this project. Shape because every section/finger has a different shape to it. Value because every finger has some sort of shaded part. Color because every finger has its own color indicating every finger is it's own individual.
Principles of Art- Pattern and emphasis was used because each finger has its own pattern, making it emphasize that finger.
