Title: colors in motion
Course: photo 4
Artist: megan taggart
Teacher: Mrs. Gollan
Subject Matter: a scrunchie and flowers
Medium: scrunchie, flowers, movement, steady background
Project Goal: how to make the object move and keep the background still
Personal Review/Evaluation and Critique: i really liked this project because we learn to stay away from having motion and blurriness in our photos, so it taught us to work with things that may have gone wrong. this project taught me a lot and i'm glad i got to participate in it. the only difference i would make personally is putting in some more effort-but because of circumstances i couldn't.
Elements of Art - form, space and value were all used. form because of how the camera was placed and held for the picture to turn out. space because you needed room to create that movement. value was used within the colors of each object to create depth.
Principles of Art- movement obviously and balance were used. movement because of the subject needing to be blurry, and balance because of the form the camera needed to be in in order for the photo to turn out correctly.
